PLAY: letting the artist (shadow) lead is a mini online retreat (10 AM–1 PM) for those ready to connect to the wisdom of their shadow in a creative way. Through centering, movement, prompt writing, and other mediums like painting or drawing, we’ll call in and tend to this hidden part of ourselves—allowing it to guide us toward wholeness, abundance, nourishment, rest, and love. Our shadow holds vital intel for our lives, offering clarity where we least expect it. What if the relationship we seek isn’t in the usual places, but in the overlooked, the intuitive, the embodied? Too often, we push aside our artist self to meet daily demands, yet this is precisely the part of us that can lead the way. Here, we begin listening, tending, and stewarding an ongoing relationship with our shadow—learning to weave its voice into our our decisions, and our daily life.
