Most days you can find me out in the field gathering beauty, permission, freedom and ease wherever I can find it.

I am foraging for the stories of how we woke up, what it feels like to be in our kitchens, and how we are nourishing our lives.

What I have found is that to open our stories and meet them in broad daylight takes courage, and perhaps a warm love tea. 

Together we can lighten the heaviness, soften the stories by the fire and begin again.
